We ALL love to enjoy the feast!  Now it is time to enjoy the post workout!  JUST DO IT, really that is all it takes. Tell your self to do it, get up, and DO IT:))))  

Go for a yoga class, pilates?, grab a jumprope, walk your dog, go for a bike ride, a run, batting cages really doesn't matter, just do something!!!

See there, don't you feel better?  And I promise you will eat better the rest of the day as well.  It is never as fun to eat something bad for you after you workout:)

Always Ahead Of Myself

Fall Transitional Pieces

I always love transitional pieces popped into my wardrobe!  Things like leather shorts only "work" for a short time because leather does not work in the summer and shorts do not work very long into fall.  They are born to be trends and that is what makes leather shorts fun, fun, fun!!

Down By The Sea

Surprise, surprise I am not going to be satisfied with just one new suit for the summer!  I have been "browsing" and again big surprise, I have found "a few";)

I am crushing big time on all the little boy shorts, stripes, and bandeau's!!!

It looks like my beach bag is shaping up in a hurry, add the fab four and I am ready to hit the sand, maybe a day at The Omphoy Beach Club this weekend?! :)  DJ Supreme is there pumping out the Brazilian jazz and it is just so so CHIC!!!!!

Headed to The DR next weekend...with this suit:)

I am very excited to be taking a trip with my husband to the Dominican Republic over memorial day weekend!  We are going without the kids so it should be a very relaxing few days at the six senses spa in Punta Cana, now what to pack??  I am starting with this yellow bikini!! Hope the Sun Festers are RESTED up for GNO Thursday!!!  Looks like a GOOD time was had by all!!  Cannot wait to celebrate...I am rested, hence I skipped Sin Fest:)
