We ALL love to enjoy the feast! Now it is time to enjoy the post workout! JUST DO IT, really that is all it takes. Tell your self to do it, get up, and DO IT:))))
Go for a yoga class, pilates?, grab a jumprope, walk your dog, go for a bike ride, a run, batting cages really doesn't matter, just do something!!!
See there, don't you feel better? And I promise you will eat better the rest of the day as well. It is never as fun to eat something bad for you after you workout:)
