Stalking the UPS man!

Time if FLYING!

I CANNOT believe it is the second week in February!  I have not posted in forever because I have been completely swamped with my Arbonne business and being a mommy!  My two favorite things:))  Arbonnes focus for me is on the health and wellness products and particularly the the detox line which helps people lose weight.  Can you imagine how bananas my business went in January, HELLO RESOLUTIONS!!!  I am thrilled to report I have coached a team of men and women through the process and have clients who lost between 8 and 26 pounds in the last 30 days.  Just by making a few eliminations from their diet and using Arbonnes products to detox during the weight loss!  This combination is proving RESULTS time and time again:)  I even had to put my Pilates certification that I blogged about on the back burner due to the acceleration of my Arbonne business:)  I have NEVER had this much fun working, helping others, and growing!!  I hope you all have written down your goals and are pressing through this still very new year toward your GOALS!!!

Last Day of Vacay!

Wonderful to go , wonderful to go HOME!!

My inlaws treat us each year to a magical ski vacation.  WOW, what a treat to spend time in the mountain air skiing with my family!

We really got to un plug and catch our breath, a GREAT start to 2012!

Now it is back to my life, and boy am I excited:)!!

30 day detox here I come

2012 is going to be FULL of exciting progressions in my life and I look forward to sharing it all on my blog:)

I will continue to share Arbonnes AMAZING products and the opportunity it has given me to change my life:)!!

I am starting my Pilates certification next week and plan to complete the full comprehensive by the end of 2012...this will compliment my Certified Personal Training certification perfectly!

It is HERE! Time to take the focus off on others and focus on YOU!!!!

A lot of  my readers have asked to learn more about the 30 day detox I talk and post SO much about.  The reason I do talk and post SO much about it is because it has changed my life.  Not only did I lose 12 pounds in the 30 days, that was 6 months ago and I have kept that weight off:)!  And...lost a little more:))!!   I was not overweight, but clearing the toxins out of my system got me in my skinniest jeans:))) It has also inspired me to work with this company to help others do the same.  Arbonne is a HUGE opportunity to help others gain health, lose weight, gain wealth, and lose fears!

I realize this sounds a little nutty but we are headed on a ski trip and I felt great this morning so I went for it!  That is really all you have to do is GO FOR IT!  You too can change your life, your weight, your health, and if you want to do what I am doing, change your wealth:)

new you=alter hue

Well not really a "new" me, but a new hair color goes a LONG way considering I have been blonde for 34 years!  This is all part of a new journey I am on:)  It started with a 30 day whole foods detox program that helped me to shed 12 pounds, filled me up with energy and drive and gain a whole new perspective on my life:) I am attacking fear with a vengeance...and I have always been fearful to go dark.  Fearful that it would not look good???  I have never been happier since I started to face my fears and look at life through a new set of eyes:)  I like the darker hue and I love the journey I am on:)  CHANGE IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL!  Thanks to Arbonne and all it has done for me in helping me to break old lifestyle habits (like eating processed food and overindulging in sweets, wine, gluten, guilt, and letting fear take hold)  :)  A BIG thank you form my skin, my tush, and my SOUL!!

I just signed up for pilates mat certification course this January:)  I LOVE what I am doing with Arbonne, and helping others get fit, well, and improve their lifestyle:)!!!

I am excited to add this piece to the puzzle and continue my personal journey with health and wellness.

Cannot get through next few months without this!

Flu season is here and I am pretty sure everyone is with me in that we do not want to get "sick".  I live in Florida and with the influx of "snow birds" who boost to our economy, they also boost our germ pool!!!!!!

Go for a yoga class, pilates?, grab a jumprope, walk your dog, go for a bike ride, a run, batting cages really doesn't matter, just do something!!!

See there, don't you feel better?  And I promise you will eat better the rest of the day as well.  It is never as fun to eat something bad for you after you workout:)
