Shake It Up!

This one is post XTEND barre class!

The fitness camp I am hosting got rained out this morning
But not to worry I am planning on getting you girls GOOD Monday morning:)

Todays shake is:  

1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 scoops Arbonne organic vegan protein (20g protein)
1 scoop Arbonne fiber boost
1 handful organic spinach
1 handful frozen organic blueberries
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

SOOO delish!!

This is my favorite way to start the day!
My entire family drinks these everyday (the kids have NO idea all the things I can "sneek" in there!!)
